Each participant is requested to take care himself/herself of the hotel reservation. A list of recommended hotels in the centre of Leuven can be found below. All hotels are in walking distance of the meeting place. A map of the centre of Leuven indicating the meeting venue and the hotels can be found here. As we could not make block reservations, we recommend to book the hotels as soon as possible. End of May is usually a busy time in Leuven. When booking your hotel you should mention the "KUL reservation code" in order to benefit from the prices given below.
